Delivery of Goods
We place great importance on the fast and reliable delivery of your orders, however, please note that delivery times are estimates only and we are liable for delays by the couriers.
There are 2 delivery timings. Domestic and international shipping.
1st delivery timing is when the China supplier sends the order to our warehouse. Normally, that will be around 3-4 days.
2nd delivery timing is international shipping. This is the time when the order is on its way to you. It may range from 3 days to 15 days, depending on the country's destination and the courier chosen.
Important note!
All deliveries are sent with registered couriers who MUST obtain a signature at time of delivery - they are not permitted to leave goods without a signature of someone at that address.
If the goods are for home use you might want to have the goods sent care of your work address as we cannot predict the exact time that the couriers will deliver to your home (deliveries can occur anywhere between 9:00am-5:00pm weekdays, depending on your postcode).
Upon receiving your order, please ensure that the packaging is intact and there is no damage. If the packaging has been damaged. the item inside may be damaged as well. Please notify the courier at once and take photos for future reference.
Why is it important to indicate Residential or Business Address?
Different couriers are used for residential and business addresses. Residential deliveries require a specific service to ensure they are delivered promptly and it is important that you indicate the correct address type in your shipping information.
We will not be held responsible if customer gave us a incorrect shipping address.
We offer the following international shipping methods:

- CHINA POST
DHL
This is a commercial shipping company and it usually takes 3-7 days to get the parcel delivered. The shipping fee is higher than that for EMS, and there is extra fuel fee (It’s around 22% of the shipping fee, and may change as International fuel price changes). Be aware that you may have more chances to be charged for custom taxes as this is a pure commercial shipping method. For those parcels that need to be delivered in a short time, DHL can be used.

Another well known commercial logistic company. Extra fuel fee is charged in this shipping method. Fedex usually takes about 3-7 days to complete the delivery.

Another well known commercial logistic company. Extra fuel fee is charged in this shipping method. Fedex usually takes about 7-10 days to complete the delivery.

CHINA POST
China Post shipping includes Air parcel, Surface parcel and SAL parcel. The price is relatively lower than EMS. Generally, it takes about 10 to 30 working days for delivery. But for some packages, it may take up to 45 working days. If your package has not arrived in a month, please visit the tracking website for more information, or contact us for assistance. Please note that China Post is cooperated with each countries' Post Office, you may track your package at your local post office tracking page.
