Filing a complaint

Please use our contact us form for lodging a complaint.


What's the return policy?

As we are a purchasing agency, not a seller or a manufacturer, we cannot accept returns of an item unless you have received an incorrect or damaged product. If there is something wrong, please contact our customer service within 3 days upon receipt of the parcel. Overdue items will not be accepted. Products will have to be shipped back at your expense to our China team, who will assist in the exchange/ returns.

Note: We do not accept returns on any of the following conditions:

1. Change of mind.

2. Small deviations in size and color.

3. Courier's late delivery.
